Tomato "Beefsteak".
Large fruits of excellent taste with fleshy and tender-sugared pulp. Very aromatic!
Indeterminate variety for film greenhouses. Mid-early: the period from planting seedlings to fruiting is 110-115 days.
Fruits are red, flat-round, weighing 280-400 g or more, do not crack on the plant.
The variety is resistant to alternaria leaf spot, cladosporiosis, tobacco mosaic virus.
Purpose: for salads.

* Tomatoes in gelatin jelly.
Ingredients:
• 1 kg tomatoes;
• 1 onion;
• 1 l water;
• 0.5 cup 9% vinegar;
• 1.5 tbsp salt;
• 2 tbsp sugar;
• 2 tbsp gelatin.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour a glass of cold boiled water over the gelatin for 1 hour.
2. Place peeled and halved tomatoes on the shoulders of the jars.
3. Place the onion, cut into rings, on top.
4. Boil the remaining 750 g of water for 10 minutes, adding 1 bay leaf, 1 clove and 2 black peppercorns, salt and sugar, remove from heat, add vinegar and heated gelatin, mix thoroughly.
5. Pour over the tomatoes, cover with lids, sterilize the jars for 15 minutes, roll up, turn over onto the lids and cool slowly under a blanket.
Store in a cool place.
